The range of cut-off frequency to be effective in operation varies depending on the setting of measurement
cycle.
The relationship between the measurement cycle and the cut-off frequency range is shown in the table below.

Note
The frequency filter can also be set by the operating keys on the Sensor Controller.
Setting the Frequency Filter p.244
Important
• If a value outside of the appropriate range is set, the frequency filter will be applied with the values included in the
range.
• If the cut-off frequency values (upper/lower limits) are too close, the frequency bandwidth to be detected cannot be
properly detected.
• If changing the extension fiber cable length setting causes the setting value of the cutoff frequency to fall outside the
upper/lower limit value, the setting value is automatically changed to the value within the limit.
Important
Frequency filter is applicable the measurement result executed TRIG input/Sync0 signal even if select the External/
PDO synchronous measurement mode. In this case, the sampling interval of measured result is used the
measurement cycle value which has been set and executed external TRIG input/Sync0 signal.
The value is not dependent on the interval which is actually executed TRIG input/Sync0 signal.
