After internal logging ends, click the [Save to file (Sensor → PC)] to output the data to a file.
When saving to a file, set the saving start and end points on the following screens, and then press the
"Save" button.
• Label insert mode: OFF
A CSV format file in the following format is output. Unit of each output values are the following:
Measure value: nm
Amount of emitted light: 0.01% (0.01 to 100.00%)
Amount of received light: Luminance level (0 to 4095)
