Bolts (oil pump):
6 Nm (0.6 m • kg, 4.3 ft • lb)
2.Install:
Pump driven gear 1
Circlip 2
3.Install:
Gear cover 1
CLUTCH
1.Install:
Key 1
Primary drive gear 2
2.Apply:
4-stroke engine oil
(onto journal and gear teeth)
3.Install:
Primary driven gear 1
Thrust plate
Clutch boss assembly 2
Lock washer 3
Nut 4 (clutch boss)
NOTE:
Fit the tabs of the lock washer onto the
grooves of the clutch boss.
