ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
TRANSMISSION AND SHIFTER
1.Install:
Neutral switch
2.Apply:
Molybdenum disulfide oil
(onto the drive axle, main axle and gears)
3.Install:
Drive axle assembly 1
Main axle assembly 2
Circlip 3
Install the chamfered side 4 facing the
gear 5.
WARNING
Always use a new circlip.
Circlip 3
Spline 6
Center the circlip ends on the spline.
CAUTION:
Do not expand the circlip more than
needed.
4.Install:
Main axle assembly 1
Drive axle assembly 2
5.Apply:
4-stroke engine oil
(onto shift fork guide bars)
