range on the IP Phone is as follows:

PAGEOFST is prompted if one Expansion Modules is
specified at the KEM prompt and <CR> is entered at
the KEY prompt. This prompt enables you to enter a
Page number of 0, or 1, and a Key Offset number
from 0 to 17. Once entered, the KEY is prompted
with the appropriate KEY value filled in. <CR> ends
the input.
