9) Assembling Drive Shaft Housing Parts

When assembling drive shaft housing parts, reverse the
disassembling procedure.
Install upper mount 1 and tighten bolts 2 to specified

torque.
Install the mount with the side of narrow
size a facing inside.
Upper Rubber Mount Bolts 2 :
19 N · m (14 lb · ft) [1.9 kgf · m]

Install lower rubber mount 3 to mount bracket 4.

Put damper rubber 5 to mount bracket. Then install

mount bracket to drive shaft housing and steering shaft.
Put projection b of mount bracket into
steering shaft hole c.
Mount Bracket Bolt 6 and nut 7 :
13 N · m (9 lb · ft) [1.3 kgf · m]

4. Tighten mount bracket installation bolts and nuts to
specified torque.
Attach ground wire 8.
