Action To Be Taken
Clean and remove build up.
Repair by polishing the surface plate, starting with #240 to #400 grit sandpaper and
finishing with #600 grit sandpaper.
Replace if over specified limit.
Clean and remove obstruction.
Repair by polishing the surface plate, starting with #240 to #400 grit sandpaper and
finishing with #600 grit sandpaper.
Bore and hone to ¿60.50 (2.382 in) +0
Check ports and grind if necessary.
Use over size pistons and piston rings.
Replace with new part.
Clean and remove build up.
Repair or replace depending on the extent of damage.
(Repair using #400 to #600 grit sandpaper.)
Replace with new part.
Replace with new piston ring if cylinder liner wear has not exceeded the repair limit.
Repair with new crankshaft assembly.
Repair with new crankshaft assembly.
Replace with new part.
Replace entire valve assembly
1) Check cylinder head gasket or reed valve or bore and hone to
(0 to 0.0008 in). Check ports and grind if necessary. Use oversize pistons and piston rings.
2) Remove carbon from piston crown and cylinder head surfaces and clean exhaust
gas bypass valve.
