Check for blown fuses #I1 and #26

Remove fuse #11. Measure resistance between fuse terminal and
O/B wire at the instrument cluster connector C-214
Measure resistance between test pin 79 at the BOB, and W/LG
wire at the instrument cluster connector C-214
Are both resistances less than 5 ohms?
