Crankshaft Position Sensor Removal (3.0L/4.0L) - Mazda B-Series 1997 Workshop Manual

ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEM
3.0L 14.0L
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise vehicle on a hoist. (3.OL only).
3. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor harness
connector from the wiring harness.
4. Remove the crankshaft position sensor screws and
remove the sensor.
