Scanner Motor drive is being transmit-
ted.
Exposure Lamp harness is not hooked.
Scanner Drive Cable is taut.
Scanner Rails are scratched or dirty.
Connectors are securely connected with
no bent pins and no breaks in the con-
nection cables.
Connectors on the MFBS Board are
connected properly.
The problem has been eliminated after
performing step 6.
Connectors on the CCD Unit Board are
connected properly.
The problem has been eliminated after
performing step 8.
