The document can also be printed at the same time that it is saved on the hard disk. Saved data can be printed at any time by touching [Store to HDD] in the ma- chine’s touch panel.

The document can be printed if the ID and password are en- tered from the machine’s control panel. This is useful for printing documents that should not be read by other people.
