BRAKE SYSTEM
Measure the caliper cylinder I.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 34.020 mm (1.3394 in)
Measure the caliper cylinder piston O.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 33.870 mm (1.3335 in)

PISTON SEAL
CALIPER BRACKET

BOOT CALIPER PISTON
Coat new piston seal with clean brake fluid and
install it into the seal groove in the caliper cylinder.
Apply silicone grease to the inside of a new piston
boot and install it into the caliper cylinder groove
properly.
Coat the caliper piston with clean brake fluid and
install them into the caliper cylinder with the open
side toward the pads, and install the piston boot
into the piston groove properly.
