When a session is set up between two LSRs, the smaller value of
the configured parameters of the two LSRs will be taken as the
negotiated holdtime.
This example describes how to set the holdtime as to 30 seconds.
ZXR10(config)#mpls ldp holdtime 30

mpls ldp neighbor password

Use this command to configure MD5 key for LDP to establish a
TCP connection with a neighbor. To disable this feature, use the
no form of this command.

By default, there is no MD5 option in ZXR10 LDP session.
MD5 authentication can be introduced between LDP peers to au-
thenticate each TCP section. To enable MD5 authentication, both
LSRs should be configured with authentication and use the same
key; otherwise, the session cannot be established.
If the key of the session with some neighbor is changed with the
mpls ldp neighbor command (including the no form of this com-
mand), the current session is interrupted and a new session is
established.
This example describes how to establish a session with a neighbor
whose TCP connection address is 140.2.1.15 by using abcdefg as
the MD5 authentication key.
