xconnect vfi

Use this command to add local interface to a virtual forwarding
instance (VFI). Cancel the setting with the no form of this com-
mand.
Interface configuration
xconnect vfi <vfi-name>
no xconnect vfi
<vfi-name>
� Use this command to add local interface to a virtual forward-
ing instance (VFI), and this interface is used to access virtual
private LAN service (VPLS) for users. The data received from
this interface is user data.
� This command is provided only for ZXR10 GER and ZXR10
T64E/T128.
This example describes how to add the interface fei_3/1 to vfi1 in
PE interface mode.
ZXR10(config)#interface fei_3/1
ZXR10(config-if)#xconnect vfi vfi1

config fabric vlps

This enables/disables VPLS cross-card forwarding function.
Global configuration mode
config fabric vpls [slot <1-12>]{ enable | disable}
Parameter
<1-12>
enable
disable
If line card number is not specified, configuration will function on
all cards.
If line card number is specified, configuration will function on the
specified card (recommended).
Virtual forwarding instance (VFI) name
Description
This is line card number, in range of 1-12.
This enables VPLS cross-card forwarding
function.
This disables VPLS cross-card forwarding
function.
