bsr-candidate
ip pim dr-priority
Use this command to set the priority for which a router is elected
as the designated router (DR). Restore default with the no form
of this command.
Interface configuration
ip pim dr-priority <priority>
no ip pim dr-priority
<priority>
1. The router with the highest priority value configured on an in-
terface will be elected as the DR. If this priority value is the
same on multiple routers, then the router with the highest IP
address configured on an interface will be elected as the DR.
2. On the shared network connected with the multicast data
source, only the designated router (DR) sends the Register
message to the RP encapsulation data packet.
3. On the shared network connected with receivers, only the des-
ignated router (DR) responses to the IGMP join and leave mes-
sages.

ip pim neighbor-filter
Use this command to prevent a router from participating in Proto-
col Independent Multicast (PIM). Remove the restriction with the
no form of this command.

ip pim neighbor-filter <access-list-number>

This command is disabled by default.
