Top Cover

1. Remove the left rear cover (page I–239).

2. Remove the right rear cover (page I–240).

3. Remove the screws (2) fastening the face up paper output tray to the

printer, then pull out the tray and remove it from the printer.

4. Remove the screws (4) on the paper exit side.

5. Loosen the screw that secures the top cover to the rear frame. (See

illustration on page I–245.)
