Status Messages And Error Messages
Error Code 7C — Developing Bias High Voltage Error
1. Replace the developing unit.
If the error persists, go to step 2.
2. Check the high voltage harness of the developing unit.
Confirm that high voltage harness connector DRL is connected properly.
If it is OK, go to step 3.
3. Replace the high-voltage power supply.
If the error persists, go to step 4.
4. Replace the MC board.
Error Code 7D — Separator Charger High Voltage Error
1. Check the seating of the separator charger.
Check that the separator charger is seated properly. If it is, go to step 2.
2. Check the separator charger.
Confirm that the wire or grid of the separator charger is not distorted or
broken. If there is distortion or damage, replace the wire or the separator
charger.
3. Check the harness of the separator charger.
Confirm that high voltage connector HV is connected properly. If it is OK,
go to step 4.
4. Replace the high-voltage power supply.
If the error persists, go to step 5.
5. Replace the MC board.
