Status Messages And Error Messages
If the cutter does not move the entire distance across the cutting area,
replace the cutter motor. If the cutter does not stop, replace the MC
board.
Error Code 0C — Transfer Platform Fail (upper)
Error Code 0D — Transfer Platform Fail (lower)
1. Place the rotary switch in the "E" position on the MC board.
2. Ensure that the transfer elevator motor operates during power-on. If the
motor is operating properly, go to Step 5. Otherwise, go to Step 3.
3. Check the fuse.
a. Put the leads of the digital multimeter on either side of fuse F6 on the

If the fuse is blown, replace the MC board.
4. Check the MC board. Check whether the relay (RY2) and the transfer
elevator motor operate during power-on. If the relay is not operating
properly, replace the MC board.
5. Ensure that the transfer unit is properly installed. The green lever must be
in the up position, and the pin beneath the lever must be fully in the up
position.
6. Check the transfer elevator.
