Tractor motor adjustment (reverse):

Error Code 16 — Paper Jam at Entrance (A)
1. Ensure that the paper back feed sensor (PBFS) is not blocked by paper,
paper dust, etc.
2. Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly (not too far forward).
3. Check the PBFS sensor.
a. Put the positive lead of the digital multimeter on pin 8 of CN21 on the
b. Measure the voltage with the PBFS blocked; 3V is normal.
c. Measure the voltage with the PBFS open; 0V is normal.
If voltage is not normal, replace the PBFS sensor after checking the
harness.
Error Code 17 — High Voltage Fail
IMPORTANT
While performing this procedure, if the error code changes from Error
Code 17 to a different error code, skip the rest of this procedure and
proceed to the troubleshooting procedure for the new error code.
