Table I–11 on page I–117 lists each error and status message by its error
code. This table shows which errors are operator-correctable, which require
field service, and which require reprinting. Some error codes have a detailed
troubleshooting procedure associated with them. For these error codes, the
last column in the table gives the page number of this procedure. The
procedures follow the error message table.
•
Operator-correctable errors include paper jams, missing consumables,
and power paper stacker problems.
•
Errors requiring field service are printer failures that require the attention
of service personnel.
•
Errors requiring reprinting are those errors which require reprinting to
recover from an error condition.
