Major Cleaning

1. Turn the power switch OFF.

2. Open the printer front cover. (See page I–76.)

Cleaning Unit

3. Open the waste toner recovery unit by pushing downward on the lever.

4. Loosen the three thumbscrews and remove the upper inner cover.

Pull the green handle and swing the unit outward away from the printer.
