Cluster Recovery
In cases where the access points in a cluster become out of sync or an access point cannot
join or be removed from a cluster, the following methods for cluster recovery are
recommended.
C.2.1

Reboot Or Reset Access Point

These recovery methods are given in the order you should try them. In all but the last case
(stop clustering), you only need to reset or reboot the particular access point whose configu-
ration is out of sync with other cluster members or cannot remove/join the cluster.

• Physically reboot the access point by cycling the power (pressing the Power
button Off, then On).
• Reset the access point from its Administration UI. To do this, go to
http://IPAddressOfAccessPoint,
button. (IP addresses for APs are on the Cluster > Access Points page for any
cluster member.)
