Enter a descriptive name for the multicast entry.
This field is not configurable and set to HVM. The created entry can
be shared within the VLAN.
Enter the MAC address of the destination.
Click this to confirm and save your settings.
Click this to restore your previously saved settings.
Click this to return to the previous screen without saving.
