5.3.1 Editing an Existing User Account
Click Edit user in the System > Authentication screen to edit an existing user
account. The screen appears as shown.

DESCRIPTION
This field displays the name of the user account.
If you want to change the password for this account, enter a new
system password (up to 27 characters). Note that as you type a
password, the screen displays a (*) for each character you type. After
you change the password, use the new password to access the P-794H.
If you want this user account to have the authority to log into the
system, select true. If not, select false.
You can type an optional comment for this user account.
Click Apply to save your changes.
Click Reset to restore your previously saved settings.
Click this if you want to delete this user account.
Note: This option is not available with the account that is currently
logged in. You cannot delete the account that you are using.
Click this if you want to cancel your settings and return to the
Authentication screen.
