14.5 The Scheduler Configuration Screen

You can use the Scheduler Configuration screen to monitor the network
bandwidth management. It adds the precedence to the packet with a higher or
lower priority levels.

DESCRIPTION
This shows the name of the ALD profile.
This shows the minimum threshold value of the average queue size in
number of packets.
This shows the threshold value of the average queue size in number of
packets.
This shows the maximum value of the packet drop probability.
This shows the weight factor value.
Select the checkbox and click OK if you want to delete this ALD profile.
Click this to save your changes.
Enter a descriptive name for this ALD profile.
Enter the minimum threshold value of the average queue size in number
of packets. If the average queue size is below this value, the packet
being enqueued is not dropped.
Enter the maximum threshold value of the average queue size in number
of packets. If average queue size goes above this value, the packet being
en-queued is dropped.
Enter the maximum value of the packet drop probability (between 0 and
1).
This parameter signifies the contribution of current queue size in average
queue size calculation using EWMA (Exponential Weight Moving Average)
technique. If the weight assigned to current queue size is represented in
for 2^x (x is exponent of 2), the WeightFactor is the exponent part. The
valid range is from -16 to -1.
