7.5.2.5 Edit Spanning Bridge Interface
Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) detects and breaks network loops and provides
backup links between switches, bridges or routers. It allows a bridge to interact
with other STP -compliant bridges in your network to ensure that only one path
exists between any two stations on the network. See
for more information on Spanning Tree Protocol.
Click the Edit Spanning Bridge Interface tab to show the following screen.

7.5.3 Edit a PPPoA Routed WAN Connection

Click Edit next to an existing PPPoA Routed WAN connection. Then click on the
tabs on top of the screen to configure detailed settings of the connection.

DESCRIPTION
This shows the status of the Spanning Tree Protocol (STP).
Select true to enable this WAN interface. If not, select false.
Enter the priority of this WAN interface.
Enter the path cost of the STP. Path cost is the cost of transmitting a
frame onto a LAN through that port.
Click this to save your changes.
Click this to restore your previously saved settings.
