Getting Started Guide
ChannelSync Calibration
This calibration method is most common and is used to eliminate minor
static skew (<2 ps) differences between channels, or to account for the
addition of cables or probes between the signal and oscilloscope input
channel.
When the Channel Deskew Calibration is complete, jitter between all
channels is adjusted to a level comparable to a single conventional
oscilloscope package - or better than 275 fs RMS.
NOTE: If cables or probes are added to your setup subsequent to
running the ChannelSync Calibration Wizard, you must manually deskew
these items in the Channel dialog to account for their respective
propagation delays. The values you provide on the Channel dialog (in
the deskew section) are additional to values shown on the ChannelSync
Calibration dialog.
