To enable/disable the restricted VLAN on an interface.
vlan restricted {enable | disable}

Enalbes VLAN restriction.

Disables VLAN restriction.

Interface Configuration Mode
When a port enables VLAN restriction, only static configured VLAN can be learnt
from this interface.
switch(config-if)# vlan restricted enable
