5.3.4 External Output (

You can select from four combinations for the signals that are output into output 1 / output 2 /
output 3 of external output.
This product has an alarm signal output function. Alarm signals enable prompt action when the
sensor head is not operating correctly.
When "3-value (3 VAL)" is selected, the alarm outputs a HIGH judgment value and a LOW
judgment value.
"Logic 2 (LOGIC2)" is output from the master unit as a judgment value (JUDGE.V) that
indicates the output logic calculation result when slave units are connected.
