Description
Set the voltage after offset for the excess
level of analog input 1 input voltage.
Set the analog input 2 filter.
Set the voltage after offset for the excess
level of analog input 2 input voltage.
Set the analog input 3 filter.
Set the voltage after offset for the excess
level of analog input 3 input voltage.
Set the allowed number of pulses for the
positioning completion range.
Set the judgment conditions for positioning completion output.
Positioning completion output turns ON

when the position error is within the
