 Set the form of the pulse inputs sent as command to the drive from a Position Controller.
 Modes 0 and 2 are exactly the same.
 For fully-closed control, set the parameter to 0, and set the Electronic Gear Ratio Numerator 1
(Pn009) and Electronic Gear Ratio Denominator (Pn010).
