Maintaining the Printer

Performing routine maintenance tasks is essential for getting satisfactory
results from your printer. Perform the tasks at specified intervals.

Task
Routine cleaning of:
• print heads
• roller surface
• wiper
• UV light
• build tray and surrounding area
Perform the Pattern test.
Clean debris from the printing chamber, when
running the Routine Cleaning wizard.
Optimize the print heads.
Inspect the ProAero™ Air Extraction System, and
replace the filters, if necessary.
Replace the wiper.
Replace the roller waste collector.
Grease the Z-axis screw.
Calibrate the weight sensors (load cells).
Preventive maintenance visit by service engineer.
