    4 Operating and Maintaining the Printer Preparing the Build Tray for Printing on Fabric For J850 3DFashion printers, before printing on fabric, you need to place the fabric on build tray, secure it with the frame, and make sure that it is stretched properly across the tray.

    Adjusting the Build Tray Height Fabrics have different thicknesses and different tensions when stretched across the build tray. On J850 3DFashion printers, before every print job, you need to adjust the height of the tray to ensure the correct distance between the fabric and the roller when printing begins.

Caution: Moving the print block manually induces an electrical current that can damage components. Move the print block slowly to minimize the current and reduce the risk of damage.

This can happen, for example, if the printing material runs out in the middle of a print job, and you do not replace the empty cartridge immediately.

In case of printer malfunction or the need to re-install the software on the printer computer, parameters can be restored from the backup.

The amount of time you soak the 3D prints in the solution depends on how delicate it is and how much support material needs to be removed, but it is typically between half-an-hour and several hours.
