The performance of routine maintenance tasks is essential for getting
satisfactory results from Objet 3‐D printers. Perform the tasks at specified
intervals for optimum performance.

Clean the print heads
and the roller surface.
Clean the build tray and
the surrounding area.
Perform the Pattern test.
Clean and inspect the
wiper.
Calibrate the UV
intensity.
Restart the printer
computer and the
server computer.
Check the alignment of
the print heads.
Calibrate the load cells.
Preventive maintenance
visit by authorized
service engineer.
Inspect the activated‐
carbon odor filter, and
replace if necessary.
