Removing the Defective Head
1. Open the door and clean the print heads with the cleaning cloth and

Contact with live circuits could cause serious electric shock. Do not
continue before turning off the power switch and disconnecting the power
cable.
2. Place a clean cloth on the build tray under the print heads.
3. Remove the two screws securing the top cover, and remove the cover.
4. Locate the print block assembly.
