mainshaft up and lift assembly from case (figure 13-48).

reassembly. Refer to figure 13-46. Keep
washers and spacers with the gear from
which they were removed; there is one
spacer and one washer for each gear. The
spacers have external splines to engage
gear splines; the washers have internal
splines to engage mainshaft splines.
