Install the top bridge and steering stem nut.
Install the fork legs (page 13-30).
Tighten the steering stem nut to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 103 N•m (10.5 kgf•m, 76 lbf•ft)
Install the handlebar (page 13-10).
Install the front brake hose with a new bolt and
CB600F only·
tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 12 N-m (1.2 kgf•m, 9 lbf-ft)
Install the headlight stay to the steering stem, align­
ing the stay boss with the stem grommets.
Attach the main harness wire clip to the headlight
stay.
