No. Code Error strings
29 8xxx 2046 Server certificate • The route certificate
expired registered with the device
has expired.
• Certificate other than
that initially registered
in the user's operating
environment is being used,
but has not been registered
with the device.
• The device time and date
is outside of the certificated
period.
30 8xxx 2047 Server response Due to network congestion,
time out etc., the response from UGW
does not come within the
specified time. (HTTPS level
time out)
31 8xxx 2048 Service not found There is a mistake in the
UGW URL, and UGW cannot
be accessed. (Path is wrong)
32 8xxx 2052 URL error The data which is not URL is
inputted into URL field.
33 8xxx 2058 Unknown error SOAP Client fails to obtain
SOAP Response.
Possibility of a problem in
UGW or of a temporary
problem in the network load.
34 8xxx 2063 SOAP Fault SOAP communication error
has occurred.
35 xxxx xxxx Device internal An internal error, such as
error memory unavailable, etc.,
has occurred during a device
internal error phase.
36 xxxx xxxx SUSPEND: Internal error occurred at the
Initialize Failure! initiating E-RDS.

Cause Remedy
Check that the device time and
date are correctly set.
If the device time and date are
correct, upgrade to the latest
system software.
If this error occurs when the
communication test is being run
or Service Browser is being set,
try again after a period of time.
Check that the value of URL of
UGW (RGW-ADR) is https://
a01.ugwdevice.net/ugw/
agentif010.
Check that the value of URL of
UGW (RGW-ADR) is https://
a01.ugwdevice.net/ugw/
agentif010.
Perform and complete a
communication test (COM-
TEST).
Check that the value of port
number of UGW (RGW-PORT)
is 443.
Turn the device OFF/ ON.
Or replace the device system
software. (Upgrade)
Turn the device OFF/ ON.
