Press the O-ring until it snaps into place around the base of the
compression fitting.

Route the loose (unfitted) end of the fluid line through the fluid line
aperture and out of the source enclosure (see

2-8).

Fit a ferrule, locking ring, and compression fitting to the loose end of the
fluid line in accordance with the nanoACQUITY UPLC System
documentation.
