Installing the TRIZAIC UPLC source

Required materials
• Chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves
• Screwdriver
• ¼-inch wrench
To install a TRIZAIC UPLC source:
1. Using two hands, fit the source enclosure to the two supporting studs on
the source adaptor housing.
2. Swing the source enclosure to the closed position, using enough pressure
to ensure it locks into place.
Caution:
• ensure the sample manager's power is off before connecting the
data/power cable.
• ensure that the instrument is in Standby mode before commencing
any installation or maintenance.
3. Power-off the sample manager, and put the mass spectrometer in
Standby mode.
