Installing TRIZAIC UPLC software
To install the TRIZAIC instrument driver:
1.
Verify that the MassLynx version 4.1 data application and the
appropriate SCN for the mass spectrometer are installed on the system's
workstation.
Each instrument can require a different SCN.

Insert the TRIZAIC UPLC System installation DVD in the workstation.
3.
If the Deployment Manager window does not appear, double-click
setup.exe.
4.
Follow the instructions to install the TRIZAIC instrument driver and
other instrument drivers for instruments in the system (optional).
5.
Restart the sample manager.

Using MassLynx software to control the system
MassLynx version 4.1 software controls the system. You can compose sample
lists, run samples, schedule analysis events, and collect and analyze data
through the MassLynx interface. Refer to the MassLynx user documentation
and online Help for details on using the features of the software.
To start the MassLynx operating software:

Double-click the MassLynx shortcut on the desktop.
