Removing a calibration nanoTile

Caution:
• handle it with care. The components are fragile.
• do not drop it, or immerse it in liquid.
• use the nanoTile sheath to protect the nanoTile when it is not in use.
• do not touch the electrospray emitter, which can bend.
To remove the nanoTile from the TRIZAIC source:
1.
Stop the flow of calibrant.
The pressure LED blinks green as the system is decompressing.
Requirement:
2.
Rotate the lever clockwise 180 degrees, to the vertical position, so the
unlock indicator is in the 12 o'clock position.
3.
Gently pull the calibration nanoTile from the docking port.
4.
Place the nanoTile in the protective sheath.

Inserting an analytical nanoTile

To insert an analytical nanoTile:
1.
Insert a nanoTile that is suitable for your samples into the docking port
on the TRIZAIC source.
2.
Rotate the lever counterclockwise, 180 degrees to the vertical position,
with the lock indicator in the 12 o'clock position, to engage the fluid and
electronic connections.
Result:
inserted into the TRIZAIC source's docking port, and then changes to
constant green when the clamp is engaged, indicating the device is ready
for use.
To prevent damage to the nanoTile,
Do not proceed until the pressure LED goes dark.
The Status light blinks green when the nanoTile is correctly
