If the fan panel is obstructing access to the turbomolecular pump cover plate, disconnect
the fans power cable from the fan panel.
10. Follow the instructions in the Pfeiffer manual (Pfeiffer TurboDrag
remove the turbomolecular pump cover plate, replace the oil reservoir and porex rods, and
reattach the cover plate.
Tip:
The oil reservoir is referred to as the "operating fluid reservoir" in Pilfer's
documentation.
