Permanent Deactivation of the Lock
INFORMATION
As the factory default setting, the lock is deactivated by the screw
1) Remove the cover cap
2) Remove the screw from the holder
3) Against the force of the lock springs, press the lock
knee joint from below. To secure the lock, install and firmly tighten the screw

Preparations for Laminating the Prosthetic Socket
1) With a thread cutter (M4), precut a thread in the lamination plate
2) Fill the thread with 636K8=* Plastaband.
Notes on Laminating the Prosthetic Socket
1) Position the lamination disc
can operate it safely (see fig. 7).
2) Use the same number of laminate layers on both sides of the lamination disc.
3) Laminate in the lamination disc so that it does not rotate when finishing the thread later on.
4) Lay the perlon cable

INFORMATION: The perlon cable should be laid so that it emerges straight at both
openings and can be attached to the respective component.
5) For the course of the channel, laminate in the 21A18=4 Dummy (not included in the scope of
delivery).
6) Isolate the dummy with silicone grease before positioning it.
Installing the Lock Release Cable on the Prosthetic Knee Joint
1) Position the spring travel limiter
that it does not get caught during activation (see fig. 7).
2) If necessary, shorten the proximal end of the perlon cable
3) Bevel the perlon cable and thread it into the threaded sleeve
4) Slide the proximal end of the perlon cable through the channel.
5) Check the spring travel limiter for freedom of movement.
Optional: Adapting the Lock Slide for the Locking Function
INFORMATION
As the factory default setting, the lock slide
