Setting up the flush system comprises the following steps:
1. Setting up the flush solvent tubing in the fraction collector.
2. Connecting the flush solvent reservoir.
3. Purging the flush pump.
Follow the steps in the respective sections further down.
1. Connect the flush solvent tubing to the fraction collection valve port
7 and push the tubing into the tubing holder.
