If liquid is detected inside the fraction collector compartment, the
warning message will be shown in the user-level audit trail, and drain
pump is triggered to drain out liquid to waste drain port. The device
keeps monitoring the status of the rear leak sensor and if the sensor
gets dry, the drain pump will stop working immediately.
Possible causes triggering the warning as follows:
1) Accumulated condensation if the device remains running at
cooling mode for a long time under a tough environment (e.g.
35°C with 80% RH).
2) Drain pump and its pump tubing broken, thereby failing to
drain out liquid inside the compartment.
2) Needle capillary broken.
3) Needle damaged or deformed.
4) Vial not present or vial broken.
5) Liquid spray out of needle wash port.
If the warning persists with drain pump working continuously,
contact Technical Support.
Carousel can't return to home position.
