Description and Remedial Action
Needle hit an unexpected object due to incorrect sample rack or well
plate configuration, or improper needle height or well plate height is
set manually. Needle obstruction, maybe due to incorrect sample rack
or well plate configuration or any unexpected object. Check if the
correct sample rack or well plate is configured. Consider number of
positions of the configured sample rack or well plate as well as the
respective well plate height. Or check any unexpected object. After
resolving physical blockage, then run self-test to recover the issue.
Check if the correct sample rack or well plate are configured, and the
correct tube position is defined in the ePanel FC tab.
Check if the needle height or well plate height is set correctly.
If the issue persists, contact Technical Support.
Power cycle the device to recheck the status.
