Loading New Firmware
Notice: You must load all three files when loading new firmware.
These files must come from the same firmware package.
The Maxor uses FLoader, a Windows®-based utility, to load firmware onto the
receiver and power boards. You can download FLoader to your computer from
the JNS website. For more information, refer to the FLoader User's Manual,
also available on the JNS website.
Download and install FLoader, if applicable.
1.
Download the new firmware package to your computer.
2.
Physically connect your receiver and computer using the RS232 cable.
3.
Activate FLoader (Figure 4-14).

On the Connection tab, select the COM port on your computer that connects

with your receiver and select its speed (usually 115200).
Select the Device tab and set the Device Type as Receiver (Figure 4-15).
6.
Click Get from Device for device information (Figure 4-15).
