2.2.1.2 Program 2: AutoControl - LowInput
Control with: Two electrodes, one electrode and one switch or one switch
The hand closes at constant speed, and the gripping force increases proportionally with the dura
tion of gripping.
Control with two electrodes
Opening:
Proportional via the OPEN electrode.
Closing:
At constant speed with a muscle signal at any level over the ON threshold on the
CLOSE electrode.
Open
Sustained electrode signal
Speed: Proportional
Control with one electrode and one switch
Opening:
Proportional via the OPEN electrode.
Closing:
At constant speed by activating the MyoBock switch.
Open
Sustained electrode signal
Speed: Proportional
Control with one switch
This program can be used in combination with any MyoBock switch.
Opening:
At constant speed as long as the OPEN side of the switch is activated. The hand
then remains open.
Closing:
At constant speed by activating the CLOSE side of the switch.
Open
The hand opens as long as the OPEN side of
the switch is activated.
Speed: Constant
2.2.1.3 Program 3: VarioControl
Control with: One electrode or one linear control element
With this program, the opening speed is determined by the speed and strength of the muscle
contraction. The closing speed and gripping force depend on the reduction of muscle tension.
Control with one electrode
Opening:
Proportional. The opening speed is determined by the speed and strength of the
muscle contraction.
Closing:
Proportional. The closing speed is determined by the speed and strength with
which the muscles are relaxed.
