Click Change in the Org Unit/Bucket section and select the required organization unit or bucket in the
Organization Units Selection dialog box, as shown in this screenshot:
All the resources in the selected organization unit or bucket are displayed in alphabetical order and the
count of each type of resource is shown in the Resource Type section.

To view a specific type of resource:
a.
Click Change in the Org Unit/Bucket section and select the organization unit or bucket in which you
want to see the specific types of resources.
b.
Select the required check box in the Resource Type section.
The resources of the selected type display in alphabetical order and the count of active resources is
updated in the Status section.
Filter and Search for Resources
When you view the resources at an organization unit or a bucket level, you can filter and search for specific resources.
This helps you perform further actions such as activate, deactivate, add to a collaboration group, unblock, and set a user
type on the resources.
1.
Click the hamburger icon and then click Resources.
2.
To filter the resources by User Type or Resource Type, select the User Type or Resource Type check box.
3.
To search for resources on their login ID, type the login ID in the search field.
4.
To set the user type for multiple resources:
a.
Filter the resources per step 3 or 4 and then select the check boxes for the required resources.
